City of Champaign Council in a study session last night approved multi-family recycling. The program will be similar to the one in Urbana. Looks like we have a start date in 2010 assuming approval at Regular Council Meeting.

Regarding the Intense Rain Event Friday Evening–5/15/09. The storm was a fast moving storm that produced large amount of rainfall in a very short period of time.
